Concrete pumps are the easiest and most cost efficient method of moving and placing large amounts of concrete. Schwing KVM 17 Boom Pump and the Schwing KVM 32XL Boom Pump are popular models.

Concrete Pumps

Pumping is a very efficient and reliable means of placing concrete, which makes it a very economical method as well. Sometimes, concrete pumps are the only way of placing concrete in a certain location e.g. a high rise building, or large slabs where the chutes of the concrete truck can't reach where the concrete is needed. Other times, the ease and speed of concrete pumps makes them the most economical method of concrete placement.

Schwing manufactures a complete range of truck and trailer-mounted units to provide a model for every application. From Schwing's management to our nationwide network of dealers, no other group embodies as much concrete pumping experience. From one pump customers to the largest fleets in the world, Schwing truly brings solutions, value and success to the concrete pumps industry.

The Schwing KVM 17 boom pump is mounted on a single axle chassis for easy moving and access to tight places. This truck has a theoretical output of 95 yards per hour, but works well on smaller jobs and for line pumping. It is equipped with a 17 meter boom that has an effective reach of 35 feet beyond the front bumper.

Manoeuvrability on-site and economic single-axle truck mounting are the obvious benefits of the KVM 17. With a low unfolding height and quality Schwing features, this unit provides the reach and output necessary for many projects. This lightweight unit is often the only pump on the road in Spring when frost laws prevail in some states.
