Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping is available within the contiguous United States. All U.S. orders are shipped directly from our New Jersey warehouse, ensuring fast delivery with no tariffs or customs delays.

  • Shipping Rates: A shipping fee of $7 USD applies to all U.S. orders under $100 USD.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Estimated Delivery Times
     - East Coast: 3–5 days
    - Midwest & West Coast: 5–7 days
     - Delivery delays may occur depending on the circumstances of courier services.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery completion. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If a product defect or an incorrect shipment is confirmed by our team, we will cover all associated return shipping fees.

 

Canada, Australia & UK

Shipping Policy

  • International Fulfillment: All Canada, Australia, UK orders are carefully packed and shipped from our South Korea warehouse via FedEx International.

  • Shipping Rates: A flat shipping rate of $15 USD applies to all orders under $150 USD. (Note: Orders of $150 USD or more qualify for free shipping.)

  • Duties and Taxes (DDP): To provide a seamless delivery experience, all applicable duties, import taxes, and local VAT/GST are calculated and collected directly at checkout. You will not be charged any hidden or unexpected fees upon delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: The average delivery time is 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. (Please note that delivery to remote or non-metropolitan areas may require additional time.)

Exchange & Return Policy

  • No Returns for Change of Mind: Due to strict international air shipping regulations for alcohol-based fragrances, return shipping is highly restricted and costly. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind on any international orders.
