Shipping is available within the U.S. All orders ship from a New Jersey warehouse without tariffs or customs delays.
A shipping fee of $7 applies to all U.S. orders under $100.
Delivery is only available within the continental United States (ConUS) and is not available to locations requiring air freight, such as Alaska or Hawaii. Orders from these regions will be canceled.
Delivery may take approximately 5–10 days depending on the destination. Delivery delays may occur depending on the circumstances of courier services.
1. Exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible.
2. If exchange or refund is necessary due to reasons such as product damage or incorrect shipment, please request within 7 days after receiving your product. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded if more than 7 days have passed since delivery completion.
3. Used products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
4. For exchanges/returns due to product defects or incorrect shipments, no shipping fees will be incurred upon confirmation of the defect.
