1. Exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible.

2. If exchange or refund is necessary due to reasons such as product damage or incorrect shipment, please request within 7 days after receiving your product. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded if more than 7 days have passed since delivery completion.

3. Used products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

4. For exchanges/returns due to product defects or incorrect shipments, no shipping fees will be incurred upon confirmation of the defect.
